  4. It is absolutely secure, don't you worry! We ensure that the data you have entered is strictly confidential. It'll just help us understand you better so that we can provide you better services in the future. To edit your personal info, you can visit "My Account" to make the changes you want.


  1. How can I place an order?
  2. To place an order, please follow these steps:

    • Select the product you'd like to buy and 'Check Availability at' your preferred pin code
    • Add products to your cart or just hit 'Buy Now'
    • Choose or 'Add delivery address'. Use a preferred payment mode and confirm the order
  3. How can I check the status of my order online?
  4. After submitting an order to us, we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the products you have ordered from us and any details of any delivery service. You can also contact our customer service center.

    If you are a registered user, you can also view your order status logging in your account with your user ID (e-mail address) and password, and then clicking on the "orders" button.

  5. How much will the shipping cost me?
  6. All orders worth Rs.1199 or above will be shipped free of cost. For any orders below Rs.1199, a nominal fee of Rs.100 would be applied.

  7. Can I pay my bill online? How?
  8. You can pay your sports stationbill online conveniently and securely. accepts your transaction or banking details such as credit /debit card number, cardholder name, expiration date and CVV and/or other information as required for internet banking or other payment instruments is held by our Payment Gateway partner (CC Avenue). Our payment gateway partner is "VeriSign Secured" and "PCI-Compliant" which ensures the highest standards of protection and security for your information. Your account will be charged once your order has been shipped. We don't accept personal checks, money orders, or any other form of payment.

  9. Do you deliver everywhere in India?
  10. That's the big dream and we're sure we'll achieve it soon! We strive to deliver to all the pin codes of India. At the time of shopping, please check if your pin code is covered by our Logistics Partner. If not, we would request you to provide an alternate shipping address.

  11. How is a 'business day' different from a regular day?
  12. Business days are otherwise known as working days of the week. The expected date of delivery is calculated based on business days. Typically, these include Monday through Saturday. Public holidays and Sundays are usually not considered.

  13. Can I shop for the merchandise on sports station web at other sports station stores?
  14. Yes, you can purchase merchandise from any our store near by your location.

Cancellations and Returns

  3. Can I cancel my order?
  4. Yes! Cancellation is possible only before the product has been packed. As soon as the cancellation is done, we will refund the entire amount paid for the order.

  5. How do returns work?
  6. You can return products purchased from SPORTSSTATION.IN within 7 days of receiving the product. To create a 'Return Request' simply go to the returns tab under your SPORTSSTATION.IN account dashboard and create a new return request. You will only be able to return an order once it has been marked DELIVERED. Please make a note of the Return ID that we generate at the end of the process. We offer pick-up facility in most locations though if reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product to us.

    If our pick-up facility is available at your location we will initiate a reverse pick up. Once the request has been made, please place the product in a packet along and keep the packet ready for pickup. Please also make sure that the product is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Reverse pick-ups can normally take 2-4 days so please make sure that somebody is there to hand over the product to our staff. In case you are unable to hand over the product, the pick-up will be attempted two times again after which it will be cancelled. The pick-up will then be chargeable and would have to be paid online. After receiving the product at our warehouse, it will be examined by our quality team. Once your product has been approved by our quality staff, we will initiate the refund process or dispatch the replacement product accordingly.

    In case the Pick-up service is not available at your pin code then, we'll inform you to self-ship the products to the address given by us. In such cases, we will credit the shipping costs (up to INR 99) to your SPORTSSTATION.IN account in form of STORE CREDITS provided you share a scan copy of the courier receipt with us. Please pack the product properly and use a reliable courier. Kindly also write the return ID as well as the order number on a piece of paper and place it in the packet. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. At any time, you can track the status of your return request on the Website.

    Products having manufacturing defects may be considered for replacement within 3 months of purchase, subject to the approval of respective brand team.

Shipping & Delivery

  1. How long will the delivery take?
  2. It's really quick! Although we want to hand you the product within a minute, depending upon your address, the delivery time might vary between 2 - 9 working days. That still won't stop us from trying to get you your order faster. On each product's display page, you can enter your location's pin code to check when you can expect to receive the delivery. Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. You will have to pardon us for such occurrences. We advise you to check your emails and SMS for any such updates.

  3. How can I track my order?
  4. You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been shipped out. All you need to do is click on the link in the email sent to you after the order is placed and track the journey of your item in real time! Alternatively, you can also login to and visit the ‘My Account' section to know your order status.

  5. Will all the products be shipped out together?
  6. To ensure the best experience, we ideally ship all products of an order together. However, there might be instances where some products might be ready to get shipped earlier than other products. To make sure that you don't wait even a minute longer than you have to, we might ship some products out first and ship the remaining in a separate shipment. We will notify you each time a shipment is dispatched or it out for delivery; so that you can track it till we knock on your door.

  7. Will I have to be personally present to receive my order?
  8. We recommend that you receive the order yourself to ensure complete satisfaction. In case you are not present, the parcel will be delivered to the person available and this may be confirmed on call with you by our delivery executive. For security and validation, the signature of the receiver will be taken at the time of delivery.

  9. What should I do if I miss my delivery?
  10. Your order would be delivered within 5 - 7 business days from order date. Deliveries will take place between Monday-Friday, and will be attempted 3 times before they are returned to us. There will be additional fees for further shipping attempts, or for any change of address after the delivery has been scheduled and you have received your tracking number.

  11. Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order has been placed?
  12. Unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment, since the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product. That being said, we never say never! You can always cancel the order before it has been packed and can place a new order. Don't worry, there are no cancellation charges.

  13. What delivery carriers do you use?
  14. At sports station, we strive to make each shopping experience outstanding and enriching. Hence, we partner with the best in the industry. We use the delivery services of Delivery, Bluedart and Aramex. We will notify you the name of the partner delivering your order, in advance.

  15. Are your products genuine?
  16. You bet! We make sure that our products are 100% Genuine. Along with that, we take each product through a multiple-point quality check before shipping it out to you. That's the last thing you need to worry about!☺

  17. I need a copy of my invoice for my order placed with How do I go about with it?
  18. We ship all packages with an invoice that can be found along with the product. If after receiving the package, you need another invoice, give us a buzz and we'll email you a soft copy.

  20. All orders are shipped from our stores in India and we ship WITHIN INDIA only.
